Laurel: Congratulations. I have a friend who is an attorney in MD--I can ask if he can help you with the contract. Since you were so nice to me with the Half/Life submission I sent you, I'd be happy to ask (I guess the worst that can happen is he tells me he doesn't have time, but the best thing he can tell me is that he can help you...). Ohmy ohmy ohmy! That is so wonderful! I would rather sell a picture book than a poetry book...is the art yours, or are they hooking you up with an illustrator? Oh, how cool!
