Who would say that, and why?
I have no idea who would say it, but I would guess that 'anon' means your MS would no longer be anon. Although, that's pretty farfetched, I think.
Yeah, that's what I think they meant too. But based on that theory, publishing anything from a ms would disqualify me... cause half these poems are "out there" already anyway. Hmmmm.
