unfortunately titles are not copyrightable. anybody can use any title, even if it's somebody elses. weird, huh?
Not to worry, I think that would have been me...long ago I tried to order something from a link I found on your site, a guy selling what I thought was a book by you...but I sent my $3 or whatever thru paypal and nothing happened, so I was looking to see if it still existed.
