It's really easy to pick on Israel...

So the Presbyterians are divesting, huh?


Lord knows I oppose much Israeli policy, but this is a really tricky issue... anti-Israel sentiment is (first of all) closely related to all-out antisemitism, and (second of all) an interesting move for a movement that doesn't divest from North Korea, Iran, etc. etc. Why is Israel held to a different standard? I feel that we need to divest from the United States if we want to divest from Israel...
